Terms of Service

Sitehand is operated by Groundworks Services LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Sitehand("Sitehand," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Sitehand on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Sitehand is an all-in-one platform for home-service contractors, including customer relationship management, scheduling, invoicing and payments, automated review requests, lead nurturing, and marketing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You agree that you will not:

• use Sitehand for any unlawful purpose;
• abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or sublicense the service without our permission;
• provide false information or impersonate any person or business.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, for the data of your own customers that you store in Sitehand, and for your own compliance with all laws that apply to the messages and marketing you send to your customers (including SMS, email, and telemarketing rules). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Joining the Sitehand waitlist does not guarantee access, any particular pricing, or any timing. Early access is offered at our discretion, and we may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or early-access program at any time. Our handling of the information you submit when joining is described in our Privacy Policy.

The first 100 people to sign up for the waitlist ("Founding Members") are eligible to lock in our Crew tier at $69/month for life, instead of the standard $99/month. This rate is conditioned on activating a paid subscription at launch and maintaining it; the locked rate is honored when you activate your subscription at launch and applies for as long as the subscription remains active.

Founding Member benefits also include:

• white-glove onboarding;
• a "Founding Member" in-app badge;
• a direct line to the founder;
• a vote on the product roadmap.

The Founding 100 offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time before launch. It is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

Sitehand is offered as a flat monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance each month and are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle (subject to any locked rate you qualify for under the Founding 100 offer).

Sitehand is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groundworks Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Groundworks Services LLC and its officers and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your handling of your own customers' data.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at mason@ground-wrks.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least 30 days.
